- Conversation & Life Guidance
Acting as a trusted listener, offering reminders, advice, and life perspectives from an experienced adult point of view (not as a psychologist).
- Wellness & Activities Buddy
Exercising together (badminton, walking, running), dancing as a pair, meditation, chanting, merit-making activities, fortune reading, or spiritual practices.
- Personal Shopping Assistance
Helping select or purchase gifts for parents or surprising elderly family members at home.
- Pet Care Support
Providing pet care services, matched only with team members who have relevant experience. Aggressive or dangerous animals are not accepted.

Joy Life focuses on human connection, warmth, and life experience, offering support from a mature, compassionate perspective (not psychological or medical services).

Service Conditions
- Clients select an appropriate Uncle or Auntie from available profiles based on skills and suitability.
- The scope of work must be clearly defined, including task details, location, date, time, and expectations.
- Prohibited activities are strictly not allowed. Clients must not request actions that violate the law, morality, personal bound

- Prohibited activities are strictly not allowed. Clients must not request actions that violate the law, morality, personal boundaries, or pose health or safety risks.
- Advance booking of at least 7 days is required to allow proper preparation and scheduling.
- Full payment (100% deposit) is required to confirm the booking.
- Cancellations must be made at least 3 days in advance.
- Rescheduling is allowed once, with at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Onsite services require a minimum booking of 2 hours.
- Online services (such as interviews) can be booked for a minimum of 1 hour.
